Sometimes when someone is given a new diagnosis of being HIV positive they think that life is over. We go through various emotions, some even being compared to the 5 Stages of Grief. The denial of even having HIV is one that repeats itself often in the beginning. Stage two of being angry I can say for certain seems to never go away for me. Depression is the stage that people think they can’t get out of but I’m going to show you ways to manage staying out of depression.
