This is a 7.5 dpi reed for the 24 inch Ashford Rigid Heddle Loom. Made from strong, durable nylon with unfinished Beech hardwood rails. Dimenstions Length of top & bottom rails: 24 7/8 inches (632mm). Length of the nylon section: 23 3/8 inches (595mm). Height: 4 15/16 inches (125mm). Rail thickness: 5/8 inches (15mm). Reeds are available for differing The 2.5, 5, 7.5 and 10 dpi (10, 20, 30 and 40/10cm) reeds feature the wide eye for novelty yarns. The fine 12.5dpi (50/10cm) and extra fine 15dpi (60/10) are available for finer warp threads. dpi (dents per inch): Number of warp threads per inch the reed will hold.
