The idea gap between the hydroboost and master cylinder with the long pushrod in place is 1/32” . Cut Only From The Non-Groved End. Keep both ends rounded. 2. Assemble the centering disc to the rod on the groved end as shown. Use a 7/16” socket to support the disc and make it simple to fit. 3. The baffle and spider/retaining clip need to be assembled next. We use a 3/4” socket to help support the pieces as we press them together. 4. Assemble the entire part. Take this assembly and insert it into the hydroboost with the groved end and centering disc first.
